Making A Purchase
Making a purchase could not be easier. Just browse our Catalogue, and click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into the shopping cart. After you have finished your selection, click on "Order" and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to satisfy the order.
We accept credit card payment. To make a credit card payment you are are transfered to a HSBC secure server. 2SEETV does not see the credit card number or the tranaction details, only the invoice and delivery address.
We accept Visa and Mastercard. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to ship. Backordered items are not charged until they are shipped.
If you prefer you can pay by cheque. Print the order page and send it with a cheque to 2SEETV Ltd. 251 New Road side, Leeds LS18 4DR, United Kingdom. The cheque should be made payable to 2SEETV Ltd.
Shipping And Handling
2SEETV offer free shipping within the UK on all orders over £75 in value. Orders valued at £10 - £74.99 are charged at £5.00, those under £10 at £4.00. Please note many of the products are only certified to work in the UK. Other versions are available but we recommend you email us with your requirements.
Delivery Schedule
We aim to get the goods to you within 3business days. Most orders are sent Next Day Delvery, smaller items are sent by Royal Mail. You will be notified by email if the delivery is expected to be much longer, with an option to cancel the order if you prefer not to wait.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, we will back order for you. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.
Tax Charges
For orders made from the UK or the European Union, 17.5% VAT is added.
Credit Card Security
Credit card numbers are not seen or stored by 2SEETV Ltd. All credit card transactions are handled by HSBCs secure servers.
Guarantee
We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products, unless otherwise stated, come with a 1 year guarantee.
If a product appears to be faulty please contact us immediately by emailing sales01@2seetv.co.uk with a brief description of the fault. After the faulty goods have been received by 2SEETV a replacement or repair will be dispatched.
When returning goods over £20 in value we advise you to insure against loss or damage in transit. We will not credit goods that are subsequently lost or damaged. The cost of this service is minimal and is payable at the Post Office at the time of posting. We cannot refund postal charges on returned goods.

Returns Policy
We hope you are satisfied with your purchase from us. However, if you are not entirely happy with your purchase, all of our products can be returned within a 14 day period of receipt of the goods. Simply return the item unused and undamaged in its original packing for a full refund. Additionally, all 2SEETV products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 12 months (unless otherwise stated in the product description).
When goods are returned under the 14 day returns policy we will refund the full purchase price of the goods, but not the postage and packaging.
